Mexican President Felipe Calderon inaugurated “COP 16 BROAD PAVILION“ in his lengthy speech, he promoted BROAD’s experience to the world in energy conservation and CO2 emission reduction, contributing to the COP 16 agreement on carbon emission reduction.
