Macklemore Flash Mob @ Yale: The Heart of the University Beats Strong

A flash mob of dancers took over the Sterling Memorial Library nave at 10:00 am on Monday, April 29th, 2013 to the tune of Macklemore’s hit, “Thrift Shop.“ The Library-organized event drew 40 performers from across the University. Undergrads, graduate students, post docs, staff, and alumni rehearsed a piece choreographed by Christina Dancy, an area dancer and educator, for 2 rigorous weeks.
