Pitmaster Pliny Reynolds makes a BBQ Seafood Surprise! | Grill Next Door | Episode 6

Episode Six of Twisted’s new US BBQ Series The Grill Next Door sees us cooking with Pliny Reynolds who is the Pitmaster & CEO of Terlingua in Portland, He is making BBQ Lobster, Smoked Mussel & Smoke blue fish dip. Pliny started Barbecuing because he fell in love with the food and it was a great excuse to start drinking beer at 8:30 in the morning. The Grill Next Door celebrates barbecue’s ability to bring people together but especially the diversity of its people - American barbecue has a multicultural soul that is often misrepresented or under-explored.
