Akagi Nyuguyo Apology Ad

In 2016 Akagi Nyuguyo a Japanese ice cream commpany, increased the price of their Garigari-kun ice cream from ¥60 to ¥70. In Japan, apologies are scrutinized and expected. This wasn’t. I liked this. It was a great call to do this ad on Japanese TV. They said in the ad, “We held on for 25 years but… 60 →70“ Golf claps all around
