Impacted L7 treated with Ramus screw｜【Chris Chang Ortho】CC777

[case report] This presentation describes the mechanics design and surgical procedures of uprighting impacted L7 with ramus screw and power chains. A comparison of bondable eyelet and button to attach power chains and bring the impaction to occlusal surface is included to guide clinical decisions. 本篇報告描述了利用ramus screw扶起阻生齒L7的手術和力學設計。此外，也分析bondable eyelet和button的差異，以用來連結橡皮筋，並將阻生齒拉至咬合面。
