Chocolate Gujiya Serving - 4 pax Preparation time - 15 mins Cooking Time – 20 mins Ingredient Quantity Refined flour 1 ½ cup Ghee 1 tbsp Water as required Chocolate sponge cake 4 slice Unsweetened dark chocolate ½ cup Almonds chopped 1 sp Cashew chopped 1 tsp Pistachio chopped 1 tsp Raisins 1 tbsp Choco chips 1 tbsp Cocao powder for garnish Icing sugar for garnish Method : 1. In a bowl , add refined flour , ghee and mix it well . 2. Now add water and make a stiff dough. 3. Cover it with a moist muslin cloth at keep it for resting for 10-15 mins . 4.
