Vintage Auto-Lite Miner’s Headlamp Found in an 1800’s Gold Mine

This was a quick explore of a gold mine I’ve been to a few times prior. This one features a good bit of the building methods from the 1800’s including a bunch of gobbing, retaining walls made from large natural timbers and square nails that were used to keep the timbers together. I was quite surprised to come across a pretty much mint miners carbide lamp which still had the hook in the back that connected it to the miner’s helmet as well as the cap that opens up and is filled with the carbide used to light it up. This is my first video back so I may be rusty, hope you guys enjoy!
