FLOW MOVEMENT | Six Movements for Strength & Mobility
This video features a flow that I have been enjoying this week. It’s made up of about 6 different elements that blend strength & mobility. First & foremost, flow is engaging and connects the body & mind. The practice is a great complement to traditional training and can help fill-in some of the gaps.
Overall, I just believe it’s important to move your body every day. I hope this short video gives you some ideas to create your own flow. Make it fun and keep on moving.
