ILT winding CDuro bike frame

The winding process, using @compotechplus Advanced winding technology, to manufacture the downtube on the CDuro Epona. 1. Winding the reinforced radial stitched patch over the hole for the main pivot. 2. Fibre placement of the integrated loop continuous fibres 3. Overwinding of the loop fibres to tension the loop around the BB tube, in this case. 4. Tape overwinding for the consolidation and removal of excess resin.
