Bodycam DUI Arrest - 18-Year-Old Can’t Follow Directions and Gets Arrested for DUI

On October 24, 2022, Janesville Police Officers responded to a welfare check at a local gas station. The caller stated that a vehicle pulled into the gas station with a flat tire and the driver was seen stumbling around. When officers arrived, they confronted two 18 year-old females who were in the vehicle. They decided to perform field sobriety tests on the driver, who failed them miserably. She was given a preliminary breath test (PBT) and the results were % BAC. She was arrested and transported to the Janesville police station. Once at the police station, she submitted to an evidentiary breath test (EBT) and the results were % BAC. That is over 8 times the legal limit for someone under 21 years of age. She was eventually released to her mother after receiving four citations. There is an interesting encounter with the mother that is included at the end of the video.
