Planting 300 Potatoes in the Forest, Early June Forest Garden Tour

14 months ago, I cleared 1/4 of an acre of boreal forest to build a greenhouse and start a permaculture garden with annual and perennial fruit, vegetables, herbs, spices and medicinal plants. This spring, I have planted 300 potatoes, countless assorted vegetables and hundreds of fruit and nut trees and bushes and I’m excited to see how it produces this year!
