Sclerokeratoplasty, ECCE, and Intraocular lens for Acanthamoeba Keratitis

31 year old contact lens wearer with recurrent, recalcitrant acanthamoeba keratitis OD s/p PKP x3 within 6 months of disease onset. Now with recurrence, scleral nodules, and secondary cataract. Medical therapy has included: topical chlorhexidine, brolene, voriconazole, and desomedine, as well as IV pentamidine and caspofungin.
