Results of doing Tibialis Raises everyday for an entire month (1665 Reps)

The following video is a record of me doing Tibialis Raises every single day for an entire month (30 days). I explain how to do a Tibialis Raise, what equipment to use and my anecdotal results of doing them everyday for 30 days. Why do Tibialis Raises? It can help with shin splints, deceleration/force absorption, strengthen ankle after sprain/break and can help increase your vertical jump after a prolonged period of strengthening the muscle.
