Monday: -3x6 Two fingers assisted one arm handstand push-ups (I can do with one finger, but I want to be able to do more repetitions with two fingers before using one finger in training) -2x4 Isometric one arm chin-up holds with a weighted bag (20-25 lb, it contained more than just the 10 lb dumbbell) -3x3 Crappy planche push-ups.
