Joseph Jazz Hayden : Inernational 420 Rally 2012

Joseph Jazz Hayden was a social justice pioneer who for over a decade organized and promoted the legalization of marijuana in NYS & Nationally. his work with the Drug Policy Alliance led to the eventual NYC legalization.
