Post Olympics Trip Pt.1: Lake Kawaguchiko, driving a boat, Fuji Panoramic Ropeway, Japanese seafood

After my work experience at Paralympics is over I stay an extra week in Tokyo. One day my friends (Zuzu who is originally from Syria and Tati who is half Palestinian/half Japanese) invite me to go to mount Fuji, explore the Kawaguchiko lake. Both girls speak Japanese as their native language, so don’t worry, I’m in safe hands. We take the tram to Fuji Panoramic Ropeway. Sadly the clouds are too intense and don’t allow us to see the Mount Fuji itself. Am I disappointed? A little. But we have so many fun adventures. The boat trip at lake Kawaguchiko turns out to be VERY UNEXPECTED and a little dangerous. I didn’t expect I would have to DRIVE THE BOAT. We had funny experiences and lots of love with Japanese gentleman who went along with us. We continued to Fuji Panoramic Ropeway and took a little funiculair towards the top. What a view we faced there! So beautiful. We discovered a little temple and rang a bell from there. Then we had delicious seafood lunch at the recommended spot - it consisted of my favourit
