Case report of a SAF System treatment

A case report by Dr. Michael Solomonov, presenting a root canal treatment of a mandibular molar, with mesial canals that combine at the apical area and an oval distal canal. Treating this case with the self-adjusting file (SAF) allowed proper cleaning, shaping and obturation of those irregular shaped root canals.
