Thanks: Land Rover North Dade Location: 2025 Jaguar F-Pace SVR Starting at $ Highs: Glorious V-8 growl, impressive cornering abilities, generous cargo capacity. Lows: Not as quick as some rivals, steering could be more responsive, thirsty V-8 engine. Verdict: The last year of the F-Pace SVR marks the end of Jaguar’s internal-combustion history. Overview The F-Pace was Jaguar’s first SUV when it debuted back in 2017. Now, eight years later, it’s Jaguar’s last vehicle with an internal combustion engine. In the case of the 2025 F-Pace SVR, it’s one helluva sendoff. The SVR is the high-performance variant of the standard F-Pace, which is reviewed separately. It pilfers the raucous supercharged V-8 from the already-retired F-Type and benefits from one of the most inspiring engine and exhaust combinations ever strapped to a street car. It’s a guilty pleasure that startles unsuspecting pedestrians and pets, bringing a devilish smile to any driver. As Jaguar makes the move to electrification, this is your last chance to get your hands on one. The F-Pace is outpaced by newer rivals that include the Porsche Macan GTS and likely the forthcoming Mercedes-AMG GLC63 Coupe and BMW X3 M, too. But none can compete with the theater and growl of the F-Pace SVR. What’s New for 2025? As the F-Pace heads toward retirement, the high-performance SVR model gains 25 horsepower and is now called the SVR 575 Edition to match its overseas power output rating. Pricing and Which One to Buy The price of the 2025 Jaguar F-Pace SVR starts at $. F-Pace SVR 575 Edition: $93,775 Standard equipment is generous, as it should be given the SUV’s base price. If you’re already spending this much, we recommend one of the two 22-inch wheel packages ($1000) for a total of $94,775 with destination. Engine, Transmission, and Performance All Jaguar F-Pace SVR SUVs come with a muscular supercharged V-8 under the hood. This engine generates an impressive 567 horsepower and comes with an eight-speed automatic transmission that sends torque to all four wheels. The F-Pace SVR offers keen handling and precise steering but not at the expense of driver comfort. Jaguar tuned the SVR to ride softly over harsh roads which makes it a pleasant choice for daily commutes. 0–60-MPH Times In our testing, the previous F-Pace SVR with a bit less power made the 60-mph run in a scant 3.7 seconds. In all likelihood, the added power won’t noticeably affect acceleration, and while 3.7 seconds is indeed impressive for a vehicle this size, it trails the Porsche Macan GTS’ run’ and the new Mercedes-AMG GLC63 Coupe claims to get there in 3.4 seconds .
