Funston Heathens

Attempted to reach Milagra Ridge in Pacifica, flying from Fort Funston in SW wind 12-15mph. Steve, John, Joey, and myself raced out there (my first time going there and followed Joey’s route) and barely made it back out to the coastal bluff after what felt like scraping the treetops and really not having any safe landing options. Managed my glide well in order to make it back and we were all excited after landing but, oh my ....!!
