“Sequels 2.0“ (2023) is a new single version of a song from the album “Scattered Light.“ Written/Produced/Performed by Andrew Paley Mixed by Kay Petersen Mastered by Jurik Maretzki The original seed for this video was produced in 2020 as a part of an ongoing research project into various AI-driven generative animation and synthetic media techniques. This new 2023 version is an update using some additional techniques and new scenes. The primary approach used to generate the re-lip syncing in this video is from the “A Lip Sync Expert Is All You Need for Speech to Lip Generation In the Wild“ paper (Prajwal et al. 2020), though other models were used for upscaling and other corrections.
