Ruffian [The sad moment]

I know the quote is overused. Anyway. This video is made with clips of Ruffian because she is the racehorse with one of the saddest stories. A lot of horses have sad stories, but hers is one I remember more easily. Even though it’s such a sad story, it’s also my favorite. Not because I love horses dying, but because even though she was unbeaten and all of a sudden broke her leg, she kept fighting. She was a fighter. A true champion. I love this filly even though she might not be my favorite. She has a special place in my heart and everytime I watch the movie, I cry at the last scene. I almost cried while making this video. She was big, beautiful and the perfect horse for racing.
