Plouguerneau is a commune in the Finistère department of Brittany in north-western France. Municipality located between the right bank of the coastal river Aber-Wrac’h and the Channel Plouguerneau is composed of three villages : Plouguerneau in the center of the town, Lilia west facing the sea and the Grouanec east facing Earth. It is located in the heart of Country pagan and Abers.
