Attached video captures a nice filament eruption this evening (2/18/2016) in the southeast quadrant beginning at 22:15 UTC. If a coronal mass ejection (CME) is produced, it will likely be directed off the Sun-Earth line. More updates regarding this to follow if necessary. Video by the Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO).
