Kazan is a wonderful city, though I suspect much of what took place at the 16th BRICS summit will be revealed in the coming months. For independent journalists, this event was very closed off with many of us not being granted accreditation making it particularly difficult. Headlines have been few and far between, though as stated, I suspect in the coming months the world will see just how significant this meeting was in the geopolitical sphere.
