Northbound auto rack ....or is it a FEMA Train!!?

A northbound unit auto rack on CXS’s River Sub passing by Global Terminals, near Newburgh NY. (Added notation, May 8 2016. For all you conspiracy nuts with your giant sombrero sized tin foil hats, these are not the infamous “FEMA death trains“, despite what you may have seen elsewhere. THESE ARE FOR TRANSPORTING NEW CARS AND TRUCKS (although right at the 3:21 mark, there clearly is a hand being out thrust from one of those so-called AUTO-MAX cars!!) ....can you spot it?
