Vimana UFO Engine with Mercury - how it works

This may be a design for a Vimana UFO Engine. I tried to figure out if that machine presented here: could possibly work in the way I showed in my video. Mr. Rick R. Dobson, Jr. (Youtube user) has published and patented another very sophisticated design, the Solid Mass Centrifugal Propulsion System and founded ISA, the International Space Agency but he was stopped from propagating it!!!
