TODAY: It’s Tuesday! 30 minutes of cardio and then we work upper & core! and we have to do that 5min plank hold today. Maybe we will combine burpees and pull-ups during the cardio... that was brought to my attention yesterday and it sounds like something I could enjoy suffering through! XD
We for sure will work with those rings a little, do some dingle leg squats, although we mostly do upper & core... and as always in the end we stretch & relax, working on the splits, the pancake, legs behind the head and other fun stuff!

About our live workout sessions:
We usually start with some cardio, 30 minutes up to an hour and afterwards we get into the strength work. Sometimes it’s gonna be full body, other times just core, upper body and/ or lower body. And in the end we always take our time to do some beginner and some advanced stretches! So, there’s something for everyone in it!
We might use props, like a chair, bands, dumbbel
