RFID Dining: Tsukiji Fish Market. In Search of the Ultimate Sushi Bar.

I am interested in how people use phones and cameras to record and share events. I used a Nokia 6212 to retrieve and display a sushi video from an RFID tagged postcard (Bulacard). I am in search of the ultimate sushi bar. Do you have any suggestions?
