Food from electricity – Neo-Carbon Food

➔ Learn more: Mankind needs an ever increasing amount of protein to feed itself. New ways for secure food production are needed. LUT University and VTT have created a new emission-free process to produce protein from air with electricity. This technology requires only a small fraction of land compared with traditional farming, and the process can be powered with renewable electricity, for example solar energy.
