We’ve had quite a lot of rain this spring in Hungary, so the agricultural fields were impassable for tractors. This mean a lot of flight hours for allmost all the aerial applicator teams in Hungary.
This helicopter was manufactured in 1973 in Kumertau, Russia. It flown in the CCCP between 1973-1994, was used for small transport flights in registration of CCCP-19334. After 1994 she was bought to Hungary, Szécsény. She got Hungarian registration this time. The team had a lot of work there, but later they changed it to a new type, Alouette II.
Albatrosz 97 Kft. had an accident last year, where their helicopter, HA-MRA was destroyed. To replace the chopper they bought HA-MCB and during the winter repainted it.
