NEW official page: I wanted to do this for years.. finally got the balls to do it =P the landing could be better but I suppose you can’t exactly land softly from that height... =) For all you haters YES I know this isn’t good for my body but I guess you have to pay a price to be great... I didn’t feel any pain in my knees or ankles just a little pain in my neck since I over rotated a little and had to lower my head in front of me in order to not hit my ass to the ground and break my neck. with perfect landing I think I could go even higher but I’m not in any hurry to do this again cause is scarry as hell =D I also have to thank to Ido Portal. He inspired me to use barbell for my lower body and to pay more attention to flexibility. My vertical jump was never higher and the pain I felt in my ankles during almost every training (due to many injuries) is finally gone. =)
