The Cook’s Atelier

The Cook’s Atelier celebrates the connection between the farmer and the cook at their cooking school and epicurean center in Beaune, France, through market tours, hands-on cooking classes, workshops, wine tastings, and seasonal suppers. The Cook’s Atelier was founded by mother-daughter duo American expats, Marjorie Taylor and Kendall Smith Franchini in 2008. In this film, The Cook’s Atelier visits one of its favorite artisan food producers, Madame Loichet and her garden.
