What A WW2 Booklet Taught Me About Living in Lockdown

hi! here are some fragments (mostly unedited, I only cut out irrelevant parts) of a “How To Keep Well In Wartime“ booklet from 1943 (I was using a reprint from the Imperial War Museum). in the video I use the phrase “self-quarantine“ because I’ve seen people use that phrase to describe staying at home, but after some research I found that it’s mostly used when describing people that could’ve been exposed to the virus or are already sick, so “lockdown“ is a more appropriate phrase. it was too late to change
