(615) 930-0600 sales-nsh@ The vision for LeSalle was to be a more agile and stylish car than the larger offerings from Cadillac. Designed by a young Harley Earl who would go on to become a legend as the head of the whole design and styling department at General Motors, the cars were a stunning success. But the market crash of ’29 and ensuing depression caused a precipitous drop in sales. By 1932, only 3,290 examples were produced and sold. Here is your chance to own one of the rarest of these fine cars. This car is presented in a two-tone paint scheme of Maroon and Black. A respray it received 50 years ago can be considered a “mid-life“ refresh, because that’s really what it was. Of-course the front of the car has all the styling cues of the time for luxury cars. A long, thin, piano hinged hood leading to a tall chrome grill, topped by a dramatic hood ornament that is a woman with her hair blowing in the wind. Separate fenders flair out from the grill and large chrome headlights with air horns just below them are braced across the center by a thin chrome rod with a LeSalle emblem in the center. There is a spare tire mounted on both sides set into the running boards and the large doors open toward each other making it quite easy to get in for a night on the town.
