The cultural performance, “Hangzhou, A Living Poem”, which featured a symphony concert and gala on water, was staged alongside the West Lake. The show, put together by Chinese director Zhang Yimou, is a cultural fusion of the East and West, with traditional Chinese music blended with a touch of Western classics.
