Ex-Post Office CEO cries again during Horizon inquiry

Paula Vannells broke down again at the Horizon IT inquiry after saying she “loved the Post Office“. The former CEO of the Post Office was accused of ignoring issues which led to the wrongful conviction of hundreds of subpostmasters. Sam Stein KC, a lawyer representing a group of subpostmasters proceeded to call her comments “absolute rubbish“.
