Lasvit designs glass bubble sculpture in the shape of Korean pearl divers
Czech glass-making company Lasvit drew inspiration from traditional South Korean pearl divers when designing a new lighting sculpture installed at the Lotte World Tower in Seoul.
Diver, a 17-meter bespoke glass sculpture composed of thousands of hand-blown smoky white glass spheres, has been installed at the Gana Art Gallery within the Lotte World Tower.
Maxim Velcovsky, designer of the sculpture and Lasvit’s Creative Director came up with the concept after thinking about the continuous exchange of oxygen
