TRAINING IN HAWAII.. Surfing North Shore | Sky & Ocean Vlogs

There are so many things I do to train for surfing and skating. Today I wanted to show you some of the things I do to train for surfing - and how to recover after, like taking a freezing cold ice bath! Also we did kick-boxing in Hawaii which was so fun. I’ve been surfing in North Shore on O’ahu in Hawaii on Pipeline and Backdoor and it has been epic. I’m so excited to represent Team Great Britain in the Tokyo 2020 (now 2021!) Summer Olympics!
