Modernized Yak-130M combat trainer jet - YouTube

Modernized Yak-130M aircraft designed on the basis of the combat training Yak-130 was presented at the ARMY-2024 International Military-Technical Forum. The key purpose of the modernization is to expand combat capabilities of the aircraft in order to increase its competitiveness on the foreign market. Key distinctive features of the newest Yak-130M comprise onboard radar, extended armament payload, SOLT-130K optical-laser-TV-thermal system in a pod, President-S130 on-board defense suite as well as KSS-130 on-board communications unit and avionics suite.
