Since you loved my first BOXING CARDIO Session, I got creative again and mixed some powerful Boxing moves. This Workout is so much fun and another Calorie Killer at the same time, since it’s a HIIT ! None of the activities are repeated.
Timing: 40 sec work | 20 sec active rest - feel free during active rest | do whatever you want.
At the end you will find a small finish 😊
