Sevastopol Shipyard on Fire, Putin & Kim Tour Vostochny Cosmodrome Sites, Kyiv “Advances“ in South

Russia claims Ukraine launched a massive aerial attack on Sevastopol in Crimea, causing a fire at a non-civilian facility. Nearly 10 explosions were heard in Sevastopol on September 13 and several targets were reportedly shot down midair. Meanwhile, Russian President Putin and North Korea’s Kim Jong-Un meet at the Vostochny Cosmodrome in Russia’s remote region of Amur. Putin hinted that Russia could help Pyongyang build satellites as he met the North Korean leader.
