Training Camp...(Kendrick Farris, Andrea Ager) Road to the National Championships

Derrick Johnson and Kendrick Farris would unite for the first time in 10 years to train together and they would invite the whole Los Angeles area to come join them in a training camp. The turnout was great and even one of the faces of Crossfit, Andrea Ager came to the camp and had PRs in numerous exercises from the 2 day camp.
