Beyer-Garratt 6029- a short comeback 2014-2016

The longed-for return to service of Canberra’s Beyer-Garratt 6029, brought steam and train enthusiasts “out of the woodwork“ during it’s all too short running period. Currently out of service due to financial and mechanical problems, we can but hope it will return again in the not too distant future. This is a film, featuring all of my footage filmed between it’s first trial run to Goulburn in 2014 and it’s run into temporary storage in 2016.
