M1A1(FEP) Tank Thermal Sights

This is an M1A1(FEP) thermal sights. This is the from the wing tank’s perspective. You need a spotter while shooting because after the blast you lose all visibility due to dust kick up and smoke from the main cannon. The wing tank will generally give “Target“ or something like “Over over!“ You can also tell this is the wing tank because the distance at the bottom never changes (This means that the gunner never had a proper firing solution in the computer. Every time you lase a target, the computer comes up with the necessary lead, windage, cant, ect) At the very beginning of the video you will notice a box on the screen. This view is known as the 3X view. As long as your target is inside the box, when you zoom to 12x, it will be on your screen. (This version can zoom to 50X as a max but it is digital zoom) When firing all that is required is Point, Track, Hold track and lase, Fire!
