Quick Tip #3 - How to Stem Paper Quilling Flowers - Paper Crafts Tutorial

Hi friends, Welcome to a quick tutorial on how to stem paper quilling flowers. This technique has been my go-to for many years and I’ve never encountered any problems with the flowers coming loose from their stems. 1. Cut a 2mm wide paper strip; (It can be in a shade of green or the same color as the petals of the flower) 2. Roll the paper strip into a tight coil; 3. Shape it into a dome; 4. Make a tiny loop at one end of the floral wire you want to use as a stem; 5. Secure the dome in place with glue; 6. Now you can attach the stems to your flowers; 7.
