・Strawberries... 8 pieces
[Recipe]
1. Wash the strawberries and remove the stems.
2. Using plastic wrap, wrap the strawberries in the red bean paste.
3. In a heat-resistant bowl, add joshinko and sugar and mix well.
4. Add boiling water little by little and mix well.
5. Cover with plastic wrap and heat for 2 minutes at 600W for 2 minutes.
6. Mix the dough well, wrap it again, and heat it in the microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
7. Mix the dough and divide into 8 equal pieces.
8. Using plastic wrap, roll out the dough into a thin circle.
9. Wrap the strawberries and red bean paste in the dough.
10. Wrap all 8 pieces and you’re done!
