Coaching in our Kickboxing class, Rafael Fiziev and Matthew Semper teach 2 counter combinations that can be used versus an opponent’s jab 🥊 The Kickboxing classes here at Tiger Muay Thai are held at 10:30am every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and focus on striking setups, combinations and counters that can be used effectively in both stand up combat sports and MMA competition.
