Piers Morgan has doubled down on comments made about Meghan Markle, and hit out at ITV, in an explosive, tell-all interview with Fox News’s Tucker Carlson. Reasoned’s Darren Grimes says that the episode tells us something about the broadcasting landscape, about the self-censorship of many of today’s presenters for fear of uttering something that could offend the perpetually woke. Most broadcasters today, Darren argues, are so scared of the Twitter mob that they’ve gone so woke he “does wonder if they ever sleep“.
