Norwegian salmon kebab
You can cook a delicious kebab from Norwegian salmon. And to do this is not at all problematic. You will need salmon, lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper, basil, herbs, and cherry tomatoes.
Cooking method
Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes; cut salmon into cubes put on skewers, salt, pepper, pour over with olive oil and lemon juice; leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
For the sauce, finely chop the garlic, and basil, mix, and pour over with oil, salt, pepper, and hot chili sauce (to taste).
While the salmon is cooking, chop the tomatoes, and dill, place them on a dish, and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Sprinkle with herbs, season with salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly.
