Occurred on November 19, 2021 / Toronto, Ontario, Canada “At around 10:30 am a crane at a construction site at Front Street West and Spadina Avenue in Toronto was lifting an out-of-control spinning piece of glass. Eventually, it crashed into the side of the building, shattering glass onto the street below.
